Sennen Timcke is an alt-folk singer-songwriter channeling the raw honesty of ‘70s British and American folk music into his own compelling modern folk-pop sound. Described as “Gorgeously Atmospheric" by BBC Introducing, Sennen takes his audience on a journey, sometimes intimate and solitary, other times vast and universal - his music reveals our shared humanity and our innate ability to care for one another and the world around us.
Sennen has performed at a range of UK festivals including Boardmasters, Green Man and Shambala, and has supported BBC Folk Award winner Chris Wood and Mercury Prize-nominated Martin Carthy.
His debut album, ‘Earthly Delights’, is an enquiry into connection; connection to oneself, to each other and to the world we inhabit. Drawing inspiration from such diverse muses as the art of Hieronymus Bosch, Buddhist philosophy, articles on surfing, the activism of Joanna Macy or the writings of Johann Hari, ‘Earthly Delights’ moves deftly from intimate introspection to vibrant poetic polemic.
‘Earthly Delights’ is released 26 November 2026. Produced by Chris Hyson, (Jordan Rakei, The Magic lantern). Mixed by Daniel J Goodwin (This is the Kit, Bonnie Light Horseman).
Sennen Timcke: A journey into heart, nature and self… for lovers of James Taylor, Ben Howard and Damien Rice.
